Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on produce or perishable goods. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within retail sales settings; experience managing retail sales teams is highly valued. Strong background in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and operational management. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail math tasks such as pricing adjustments and stock counts.
