Duties Assist the Studio Manager in overseeing daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and workflow management Support employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure team members are well-equipped with product knowledge and customer service skills Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and managing difficult situations with professionalism Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure the studio is well-stocked and visually appealing Supervise staff shifts, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and assisting in hiring decisions for retail sales team positions Monitor sales performance metrics, assist with sales management strategies, and implement promotional pricing or merchandising plans Experience Proven management or assistant manager experience within retail or service environments, preferably in a retail industry sales team management role Strong background in retail sales, customer service, and operational management with a focus on team supervision and leadership Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and training & development practices Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and basic math skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience with grocery store or retail store product knowledge is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Assistant Studio Manager to inspire your team, elevate customer experiences, and contribute to a vibrant studio environment.
