Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing store staff and promoting a positive work environment
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficient store operations
Support budgeting activities and monitor financial performance
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing staff members, support other store locations as necessary
Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in management or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and shift management
Familiarity with recruiting, training development, and staff supervision
Proficiency in using POS systems and maintaining accurate records
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
