Motu Indian Kitchen in East Longmeadow is hiring line and counter associates. We're a fast-casual Indian kitchen — rice bowls, tacos, wraps, naan made fresh in house. Counter service, fast pace, no table service. What you'd be doing Building bowls, tacos, and wraps to spec on an assembly line Taking orders at the register Packing takeout and delivery orders Fryer station Dishwashing Keeping your station stocked and clean What we're looking for Show up on time, every scheduled shift Willing to learn — you don't need restaurant experience or any Indian food knowledge Comfortable on your feet through a busy shift Able to work weekends How pay works You start at $15/hour while training. Once you can run the line on your own and pass a checkoff, you move to $16.50. That's based on what you can do, not how long you've been here — most people get there quickly. From there the next step up is Shift Lead at $18. What we offer A set schedule — we don't change people around week to week Paid break on double shifts Real training with a checklist, not being thrown on the line and left there Room to move up High school students welcome for evening and weekend shifts.
