Overview:

Provides leadership and guidance to the team that creates a positive environment focused on customer service, maximum productivity, and profitability. Responsibilities Leadership Leads and inspires the team by being a positive role model. Establishes and maintains HMO's standard of customer service by leading with a "customer comes first" attitude. Demonstrates good judgement in decision making based on a mixture of information. Knows appropriate channels to find support. Proactively seeks personal learning and developmental opportunities. Facilitates the sales floor to be covered at all times with a balanced team. In absence of member of management, the keyholder is authorized to: Open store and process basic deposit functions. Provides direction, initiates, and accomplishes tasks to ensure store operates productively and efficiently. Closes the store operationally and processes all register closing duties. Processes approval for some discounts at the register assigned by manager. Product Manager Partners in store's execution of all merchandise processing and flow to floor. Keeps back room organized and efficient. Directs and implements HMO strategies. Facilitates promotions and company directives. Ensures that markdown directives are implemented accurately and in a timely manner. Accurately processes customer and balance stock transfers. Drives for results Increases theft prevention by maintaining all operational standards. Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and effectiveness while making sure the store is inviting and hospitable. Drives HMO brand loyalty by demonstrating sales leadership, coaching, and connecting with the customer experience. Qualifications Complete successful 90-day trial period. Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize. Strong verbal and written communication. Collaborative skills and ability to work within a team. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including holidays, nights and weekends.
