We're looking for a Store Manager who shares our passion for people and community. Bonus pay available for meeting performance goals. As Store Manager, you'll be the heart of your store — leading, developing, and inspiring a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. You'll report directly to the owner and have the autonomy to make your store thrive. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of associates, fostering a positive and motivated work environment Set the tone for outstanding customer service — by example and by holding your team to a high standard Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, inventory, and merchandising Drive store performance through sales goals, expense management, and operational efficiency Build relationships with customers and the local community that keep people coming back Partner with ownership on hiring, training, and long-term store growth What We're Looking For 5+ years of retail management experience, with a strong track record of leading and developing teams A people-first leadership style — you build trust, give clear direction, and bring out the best in others Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including some weekends Hardware or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required — we can teach product knowledge; we can't teach character

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
