What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee and coordinate daily janitorial activities to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards. Train, supervise, and support staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Create structured cleaning schedules and monitor their consistent execution. Perform routine inspections to maintain and enhance cleanliness standards. Ensure the proper use, care and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Manage inventory levels of cleaning materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply. Foster a positive culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork within the housekeeping department. What you bring to the table: Demonstrated experience in a management or supervisory role. Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills. Capability to create work schedules, train personnel, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Effective communication skills with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and procedures is an asset.
