In this pivotal role, you will learn to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, create an exceptional guest experience, and develop a team of employees, many of whom are teenagers experiencing their first job. The ideal candidate is a positive, encouraging, and hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team development, coaching young people, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere . As you grow into the Store Manager role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and consistently while helping your team grow in confidence, responsibility, work ethic, and professionalism. During our slower season from November through February , you will play an important role in preparing the store for the upcoming busy summer season. This includes deep cleaning, organizing, completing maintenance and improvement projects, organizing inventory and supplies, evaluating store processes, and making sure the shop is clean, organized, and fully prepared for the summer rush. Training:

Starting pay of $12-15/hour plus tips. Once fully trained and ready to assume the Store Manager role, compensation will increase to $20/hour plus tips and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
