Job Description

We are currently seeking a Produce Manager for our Gwinner, ND Location. 4-hour shifts 4-5 days a week Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of produce is maintained, merchandising, display building, ordering, proper labor scheduling and setting retail prices. Previous produce experience is strongly preferred, but not necessary. The Produce manager guarantees price integrity along with operational procedures, ensuring that company standards are met. Must be customer service driven, motivated and able to follow task. Weekend and holiday hours are expected. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and can work in a fast-paced environment in varying temperature conditions.
