What You'll Do Drive Sales Performance:

Lead by example on the sales floor, closing device activations, connected tech, accessories, and Verizon home/business solutions.

Coach & Develop:

Partner with the Store Manager to mentor sales associates, conduct skill drills, and help the team smash monthly quotas.

Store Operations:

Assist with inventory management, audits, merchandising, daily cash reconciliations, and scheduling.

Customer Experience:

Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving escalations promptly and cultivating repeat business. What We're Looking For Verizon Wireless Sales Experience. Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience as a keyholder, shift lead, or assistant manager. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly master new plans, promotions, and devices. Flexibility to work retail hrs.
