Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Assist with managing and motivating a small field team. Support hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Conduct field ride-alongs, coaching, and performance feedback. Help monitor team goals, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Learn and assist with backend business operations, including scheduling and reporting. Maintain accurate records and ensure company procedures are followed. Communicate effectively between field staff and management. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, sales, or leadership experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Pay:

$900.00 - $1,600.00 per week
