We are seeking a reliable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at Wonder 4 Kids Indoor Playground. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and has strong leadership and customer service skills. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and helping drive sales, including party bookings and memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily store operations and staff scheduling Supervise front desk and floor staff to ensure smooth operations Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns Support party bookings, events, and membership sales Train and motivate team members to meet performance goals Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Comfortable working with children and families Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
