Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Shop Manager schedules service technicians, prioritizes customer needs, advises customers of necessary repairs, and oversees work orders to ensure proper billing. The ideal candidate is flexible with the flow of agricultural seasonality and heavily contributes to the overall success of the service department. This includes, but is not limited to, interdepartmental communications, managing day-to-day workload of technicians, and providing feedback on technician performance. This position works closely with the Warranty Department and equipment vendors/manufacturers, maintains good customer relationships & loyalty, and drives sales.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12 noon. Mechanical Knowledge required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Customer Service Skills required. Organizational Skills & Ability to Prioritize Workflow required. Agricultural Experience preferred. Previous work experience in a dealership environment preferred. This is a salaried position starting at $80,000/year, commensurate with experience. Payroll is issued bi-weekly.
