- Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Organic Juice Bar team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's standards and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key to achieving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and train staff, including shift leaders and clerks, to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Implement effective sales management strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash drawers. Maintain an organized POS system for efficient transaction processing. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager in a grocery store setting. Strong knowledge of sales management principles and inventory control practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems. Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and develop team members. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
