Job Description

Join Our Team at Benson's Pet Center! Love pets and passionate about customer service? Benson's Pet Center is looking for dedicated leaders to join our management team. We value honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you'll work closely with our team to ensure top-notch service, inspire others, and make a positive impact every day.

Salary:

$17.50-$19/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.

What We're Looking For:

Motivated individuals with supervisory experience Passion for pets and customer service Leadership skills to support the Store Manager Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct team members Assist customers with excellent service Maintain store presentation and merchandising Support marketing and promotional efforts Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of customer service experience At least one year of retail supervisory experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Join us in making a difference for pets and their owners!
