8 hour shifts Day shifts Earliest start: 7:30 AM Latest end: 7:00 PM Weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Process transactions using a computerized POS register Answer customer questions and direct customers throughout the store Maintain a clean, organized front-end environment Assist with stocking and merchandising as needed Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous POS/register experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and dependable

In addition to all Front-End Sales/Register duties: Reconcile and balance cash registers Receive merchandise and enter products into the POS system Price, display, and merchandise incoming inventory Evaluate inventory levels and assist with ordering Create attractive displays and maintain store organization Train and support new employees Educate customers on products and services Help lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred Leadership experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
