Responsibilities include:

Prepare for your shift by creating set up sheets and reviewing goals for that day Lead, support, and motivate Team Members throughout the shift Set the pace and model Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, hospitality, urgency, and teamwork Position Team Members effectively based on business needs and individual strengths Provide clear direction and communicate expectations throughout the shift Coach Team Members in the moment and help them grow in confidence and competency Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for both guests and Team Members Ensure guests receive fast, accurate, attentive, and friendly service Respond to guest concerns and help create positive resolutions Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence Monitor restaurant operations and adjust positions or priorities as business needs change Help ensure breaks, transitions, opening tasks, closing tasks, and shift responsibilities are completed appropriately Communicate important information to fellow leaders and restaurant leadership Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to solve problems Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment Support training and development of new and existing Team Members Demonstrate good stewardship of restaurant equipment, products, time, and resources Hold yourself and others accountable to restaurant policies and Chick-fil-A standards What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who are dependable, humble, hardworking, and ready to take ownership.
