Requirements Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising sales teams and managing store operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting employee orientation sessions. Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills. Knowledge of inventory management systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and retail math. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management.
