Title Company CloserJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Closer to join our title company team. The ideal candidate will manage real estate closing transactions from contract to funding, ensuring all documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and exceptional service is provided to buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals. Responsibilities Coordinate residential and/or commercial real estate closings. Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, and closing packages. Schedule closings and communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents. Verify that all required documents and conditions have been satisfied before closing. Conduct closings professionally and explain documents to clients. Balance files and ensure accurate disbursement of funds. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Resolve closing issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely file completion. Qualifications Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate closing preferred, but not required. Knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and closing documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title/closing software is preferred, but not required.
