Job Description

Ranch Pizza Beaverton is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our Beaverton team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and make sure our guests continue getting great pizza and great service!

This position works closely with the Store Manager, serves as second-in-command, and steps in as Manager on Duty when needed.

What You'll DoLead shifts and support a positive, productive teamTrain, coach, and provide direction to employeesJump in wherever needed including FOH, BOH, dough, and general operationsHelp manage staffing, shift coverage, labor, and orderingMaintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standardsResolve guest concerns and create a welcoming experienceSupport special events and relationships with our business partnersKeep the Store Manager informed about operations, staffing, and employee needsSchedule ExpectationsThis role requires flexible availability based on the needs of the store. Once training is complete, the Assistant Manager will primarily support evening shifts and generally work opposite the Store Manager's days off to provide consistent leadership coverage.

Shifts may include opening, mid, and closing shifts, generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Evening, weekend, holiday, and high-volume shift availability is required, and scheduled days and hours may vary from week to week.
