Everyday:

Inventory:

Help Shop Manager intake, organize, and troubleshoot inventory (weekly) Build/Evolve understanding of Dutchie 2.0 POS (be able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues) Training/Education of staff and customers (with help of lead budtender) Metrc & Dutchie Intakes (cannabis and non cannabis items). Plus printing and prepping barcodes. Aging inventory report (quarterly) + Ability/drive to troubleshoot inventory problems that might arise Task prep, monitoring and motivating the team (responsible for maintaining standards everyday) Create/maintain marketing materials for shop Flyers, menus, promotional material to print/post Display Set up/maintenance (daily) - Tent cards, pricing, blue tags/compliance

Weekends:

Be present on weekends (Sat/Sun) as Manager to address any customer service concerns or employee issues that might arise (returns, concerns/complaints, problems) Be available by phone for emergency questions from team (in rare cases) Build and keep track of task lists for budtenders to maximize shop productivity/efficiency Responsible for maintaining/organizing displays and shop environment (can be delegated) Prepare display jars, labels and test results to insure budtenders have products to prep/weigh in their downtime (can delegate some prep) Monitor and maintain online menus (leafly), social media and updates Maintain and manage shop compliance on weekends/when manager is off Make sure each package has its appropriate blue tag and is in its own container + clearly labeled for budtenders to efficiently access Monitor daily sales limits of customers and patients and other daily compliance requirements Emergency coverage for call ins (assuming nobody else is able to help/cover) Willingness/Ability to cover holiday shifts (if/as needed) Schedule/help manager plan alternative coverage options if not available Ability to cover manager's tasks as needed such as ordering, scheduling, inventory control Responsible, self motivating, and disciplined/reliability Patient, kind, prompt, and timely Have/maintain reliable transportation (including winter weather)

Pay:

$21.50 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
