Opportunity to Live & Work at the Beach! Store Manager - Seaside, Oregon Looking for a change of scenery? We are a locally operated retail and custom merchandise company located on the beautiful Oregon Coast, and we're looking for a dependable, confident, and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Seaside. Previous retail or management experience is certainly a plus, but we're also open to candidates who are ready to take the next step into a leadership position. We're primarily looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, leads by example, and is comfortable taking responsibility for both themselves and the employees working alongside them. About the Position Our Store Managers are hands-on members of the retail team who also serve as the Person in Charge (PIC) of the sales floor during their assigned shifts. You'll work alongside Sales Associates while providing direction, delegating responsibilities, helping employees stay productive, handling situations that require management involvement, and ensuring the store continues to operate smoothly throughout the day. This position is a good fit for someone who naturally takes initiative, is comfortable making decisions, and can be friendly and approachable while still holding themselves and others accountable to workplace expectations. We'll provide training on our products, systems, procedures, and management expectations. Existing leadership experience is valuable, but strong communication skills, sound judgment, reliability, and demonstrated leadership potential are equally important to us. What You'll Do As a Store Manager, you will:

• Serve as the Person in Charge of the sales floor during assigned shifts
• Provide direction and support to sales staff throughout the workday
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure work is completed
• Help employees prioritize responsibilities during busy and slower periods
• Maintain expectations for customer service, productivity, and professionalism
• Assist employees with customer questions, sales, and situations requiring management involvement
• Help ensure company procedures and workplace expectations are consistently followed
• Communicate employee, customer, or operational concerns to upper management when appropriate
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and customer-ready sales floor

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment About the Position Store Managers are working members of the retail team as well as shift leaders.

This is a hands-on position—not an office-based management role. Managers are expected to remain engaged with what is happening on the sales floor, identify what needs attention, and provide employees with direction when necessary. The goal is to create a store environment where employees know what is expected of them, customers receive attentive service, and daily responsibilities are completed efficiently. We provide training on our company procedures, products, point-of-sale system, and management expectations.
