Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, ensuring proper employee orientation and training. Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Implement effective sales management techniques to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide coaching, and promote professional development. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and POS system operations. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with a strong background in sales team leadership. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational management tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management. Exceptional communication skills for managerial communication, customer service interactions, and team supervision. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, sales tracking, budgeting, and cash handling. Experience with merchandising, stock control, purchasing decisions, and inventory management is essential. Previous assistant manager or shift supervisor experience is preferred to ensure readiness for store leadership responsibilities.
