What You'll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team Coach employees to become footwear experts and trusted advisors Drive sales while creating an exceptional customer experience Recruit, train, and develop future leaders Oversee merchandising, inventory presentation, and visual standards Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and performance metrics Build lasting relationships with customers and the local community Collaborate with ownership on new initiatives, events, and growth strategies What We're Looking For 3+ years of retail management experience (footwear, apparel, specialty retail preferred) Proven ability to coach and motivate a team Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for customer service and relationship building Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology Willingness to work weekends and peak retail seasons Social media marketing experience is a huge plus You'll Thrive Here If You...
