Oversee the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and maintaining safety standards.

Staff Supervision :

Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers, providing ongoing feedback and support to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.

Customer Service :

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Financial Oversight :

Manage the store's budget, including cash handling procedures, sales tracking, and financial reporting to meet revenue goals.

Donation Processing :

Oversee the sorting, pricing, and display of donated items, ensuring a steady flow of quality merchandise.

Marketing and Promotion :

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.

Inventory Management :

Monitor inventory levels and manage the rotation and disposal of items to maintain a diverse and appealing product selection.

Donations Retrieval:

Organize and execute donation collection and pickups

Required Skills and Qualifications Leadership Skills :
