KARM Stores seeks a full-time Processing Shift Lead to guide daily backroom operations in a fast-paced thrift retail environment. This role oversees processing of donated goods, including sorting, pricing, quality control, and staging for sales floor distribution. The Shift Lead trains and supports team members and volunteers, promoting a Christ-centered, mission-driven culture. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring accurate tagging, and coordinating with store leadership to meet production goals that support KARM's ministry to individuals experiencing homelessness.
