Job Description
Southern Soule Designs is looking for an experienced Multi-Store Manager to lead our growing team! With locations in Poth and Pleasanton, TX , we're searching for a motivated leader who is passionate about retail, developing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements Previous retail management experience is required. Applicants without retail management experience will not be considered. Experience managing multiple retail locations is strongly preferred. Must be able to travel regularly between our Poth and Pleasanton, TX locations. Must be available to work weekends as part of a retail management schedule and be willing to cover call-ins or staffing needs when necessary. Reliable transportation. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional references are required and will be contacted during the hiring process. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations, ensuring consistency in customer service, merchandising, staffing, and company standards. Lead and support management teams across both stores. Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees. Drive sales and hold teams accountable for achieving store goals. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results. Oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and operational excellence. Step in when needed to ensure stores are properly staffed and running smoothly, including covering staffing shortages when necessary.
