At Product Connections, our Retail Supervisors lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through product demonstrations and sampling events. This role combines team leadership, recruiting, coaching, and operational oversight to deliver successful event execution and business results. Why Join Product Connections? Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics. Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership. Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance. Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems. Valid driver's license is required. Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of hire (where applicable). Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. A formal job description will be provided upon request.
