The Role We're looking for a non-attorney Sales Closer to own the front end of our client journey — from first inquiry to signed engagement. You won't be practicing law. You'll be the warm, confident voice that turns a worried prospective client into a committed one, and you'll make sure no lead ever falls through the cracks. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to firm leadership, with real influence over how we grow. What You'll Do Field inbound leads from seminars, referrals, and marketing campaigns, and respond with urgency (we live by a 7-day delivery promise, and that starts with you) Conduct consultative intake calls/meetings to understand each family's situation and match them to the right service package (Basic Will, Family Trust, or Full Protection) Clearly explain our pricing structure and close engagements — no hard-sell tactics, just honest guidance toward the right decision Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence with prospective clients who haven't yet signed Keep our CRM/intake pipeline accurate and up to date Work closely with our intake coordinator and marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion Deliver educational seminars and workshops, under attorney direction, to prospective clients throughout Cache Valley, presenting our services and closing new engagements on the spot Represent Allies Law Firm at community events and networking functions as needed What We're Looking For Proven sales or closing experience (professional services, financial services, insurance, or similar consultative sales background preferred) Excellent communication skills and genuine empathy — many of our clients are navigating difficult family or end-of-life planning decisions Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a pipeline independently Comfortable with CRM tools and basic sales reporting No law degree or legal background required — we'll train you on the substance A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Confident public speaking and presentation skills — comfortable leading a room and closing at the seminar table Why Allies Law Firm $70k+ total compensation (base salary plus uncapped performance-based incentive tied to intake and conversion metrics) Clear growth path as the firm scales A mission-driven culture that genuinely cares about clients and team members Work alongside a leadership team actively building something bigger — this role has real upside as we grow To Apply Submit your resume and a short note on why you'd be a great fit for our team.
