Job Description
This is a working supervisor position, leading by example on the floor while helping support the daily operations of the caf . You ll work closely with the Caf Manager and District Manager to ensure a strong guest experience, smooth operations, and a positive team environment.
This role is ideal for someone with lead/supervisory experience looking to grow their leadership skills while continuing to work hands-on with the team.

Growth opportunityWhat we are looking for someone who can:
Lead with a guest first mindset, supporting the team and helping create a great customer experienceDemonstrate strong customer service while helping guide team members during shiftsCreate a positive, team-focused environment and help maintain strong communication throughout the caf Support daily caf operations including opening, closing, breaks, cash handling, and shift executionHelp manage product levels, ordering, waste, and inventory needs to support smooth operationsMaintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the caf Support scheduling, training, onboarding, and staffing communication in partnership with Cafe Manager as neededHelp identify and solve operational hurdles while adapting quickly in a fast-paced environmentMonitor daily sales, deposits, reporting, and tip distribution responsibilities accuratelyCommunicate maintenance and facility needs proactivelyWork a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidaysOccasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and be active for the duration of shiftsWhat we re looking for:
At least 6 months of supervisory/lead experience (food/retail preferred)A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their teamStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to stay calm, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentComfortable delegating tasks and helping direct shift operationsBasic computer skills and ability to learn operational systems and reportingFood Handler s Permit (or ability to obtain)Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidaysAt Top Pot, we take pride in people, quality and consistency by living our Core Values everyday:

- SAT & SUN 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
- Drive-thru only 5am
- 6am
