Position Overview We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Leadership Development Program as an Entry Level Assistant Manager . This is a hands-on, full-time position designed to develop future leaders through direct experience in customer engagement, sales, team development, and daily business operations. In this role, you will work alongside store leadership to support day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved on the sales floor. You will gain experience assisting customers, supporting team performance, and developing the leadership skills needed to advance within the organization. Key Responsibilities Drive sales by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending products and services. Meet individual and team sales goals through effective customer engagement and sales techniques. Support daily operations while maintaining a productive, results-driven environment. Lead by example in customer service, sales, and professionalism. Assist with training and coaching team members to improve sales performance. Support promotional campaigns and initiatives that generate new business. Build strong customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or leadership is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with others. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop leadership skills.
