We're looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated

• Store Manager
• to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys retail leadership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing small business. ## Responsibilities
• Lead the daily operations of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn and confidently use our Point of Sale (POS) system for sales, inventory management, reporting, and purchasing.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify fast-selling products, and reorder merchandise as needed.
• Review purchase orders and ensure all shipments are received and entered correctly.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
• Open and close the store, reconcile the register, and balance daily sales.
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Work independently and confidently manage the store when working alone.
• Balance customer service, inventory, merchandising, receiving, and daily operations throughout the day.
• Work closely with the owners to improve store operations and help grow the business. ## Qualifications We're looking for someone who is:
• Trustworthy, dependable, and highly organized.
• Comfortable with computers and proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to quickly learn new software and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong math, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
• Experienced in retail, merchandising, and maintaining an attractive, well-organized sales floor.
• A self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• A confident leader with excellent communication skills who can train and support team members.
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
• Outdoor retail experience is a plus, but not required. ## What We Offer
