Qualifications:

AGMs must be 18 years of age or older Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or food service Food service certification a plus Bakery/cake decorating skills a plus Reliable transportation to and from the store a must Flexible/open availability is a plus Ability to be punctual and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Daily tasks include making the world's greatest ice cream, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every person who walks in the door, and keeping the store sparkling clean.
