Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective management and coaching. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize product availability and presentation. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports on sales activity, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Supervise shift management, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with a strong track record of leading successful teams. Demonstrated expertise in retail industry sales team management, including supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting efforts, and training new employees. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations. Experience with operational management tasks such as budgeting, purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is advantageous but not required; a strong background in retail management is essential. $30,054.00 - $39,000.00 per year
