Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop skills in lead generation, prospecting, investment analysis, client follow up, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. Develop and maintain a network of property owners and investors to generate repeat and referral business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on short-term rental properties preferred. Ability to analyze market trends and data to provide clients with actionable insights. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Licensed real estate agent in the state of California. Strong communication skills to guide clients through the purchasing process effectively. Ability to collaborate with a team of real estate professionals to enhance skills and knowledge. Experience in managing contracts and transaction processes to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
