This Entry Level AT&T Assistant role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, wants exposure to business sales, and is ready to learn how customer relationships are developed from the first conversation through account setup. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant you'll work alongside the sales team to connect with local businesses, introduce AT&T solutions, and help create a smooth experience for new business customers. What You'll Be Involved In As An Entry Level AT&T Assistant Connect with business customers and learn about their current communication needs Introduce AT&T business services, offers, and available account options Support the team with new customer acquisition and business account enrollment Help answer questions about services, pricing, and the setup process Maintain accurate information for prospective and newly enrolled accounts Assist with follow-up communication to keep the sales process moving Contribute to daily and weekly business sales goals Attend ongoing Entry Level AT&T Assistant training focused on AT&T business services, sales conversations, customer acquisition, and account development What We're Looking For In An Entry Level AT&T Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with business customers face-to-face A professional, friendly, and organized approach Motivation to work toward sales and performance goals Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly Reliability and a strong team mindset Previous sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus, but not required
