Discovery Homes is currently seeking passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our new home sales team in Contra Costa and Solano County, CA. About the Role As a New Home Sales Agent , your primary responsibility is to guide buyers through the purchase process, writing offers, presenting them to the seller, and maintaining consistent communication. You'll be the key link between the buyer and the builder while we handle the escrow coordination and marketing efforts. What We're Looking For We're seeking professionals who are: Licensed & Available

• Must hold an active California Real Estate License and be willing to work weekends. Ethical & Professional

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and printed materials. Networking & Outreach
• Actively market both yourself and your community to generate new leads and traffic.
