In this AT&T Assistant role, you will connect with customers daily to create a positive and convenient wireless experience for them. The AT&T Assistant will provide exceptional service, solve problems, and introduce customers to the most beneficial telecom products and services. AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for our customers and during initial interactions actively list to customers wireless questions and needs to provide them with the best service Present customers with new updates, solutions, promotions and products Tailor all recommendations specifically to each customer as they all require their own unique wireless bundle Process sales orders for customers accurately and timely Build customer relationships and long term loyalty with AT&T's service Collaborate with the sales team, attending daily meetings and sessions for continuous improvement and skill development

AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus. Solution oriented to provide customers with a positive experience
