We are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join our team. The Product Coordinator will work alongside the Product Managers to deliver a successful and on time season for all brands. This role will report directly to the SVP of Operations. Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

• Work alongside the Product Manager(s) and assist in all areas as needed
• Oversee the details of the calendar and ensure all teams remain on tasks. Report any issues to management
• Work with Sales, Design and Product Manager for all aspects of the seasonal and ad-hoc product development calendar
• Follow sales sample process - ordering, tracking & distribution.
• Communicate with pricing team to initiate seasonal & SMU pricing requests.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales department for the brand events, global meetings, and trade shows.
• Assist with managing sample trackers for all seasonal pre-line meetings or any customer needs and share tracking information with sales.
• Keep samples organized as requested by the design team or product manager(s)
• Manage the TOP review process to hand off to licensing team/licensor for the character division
• Support the sales support teams and PMs with receiving customer required TOP samples and coordinating shipments after samples have been reviewed
• Work with the design teams to support sales with any photography needed of samples or request any needed marketing samples as needed
• Support the Product Manager(s) with any needed PLM work which may include: o Entering needed Virtual Catalog fields into PLM o Entering/copying "legacy" styles from one season to the next o Adding sizes ranges to existing styles o Entering/tracking sales sample orders o Entering comments on confirmation samples o Any other needed tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Punctual attendance is required.
• Accuracy and timeliness are successful traits for the candidate
• Excel and other Microsoft application skills are beneficial
• Any other related duties assigned.

Requirements:

The Product Coordinator should have the following skills and experience:

• Positive, "can do" attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to jump in and help get thigs done
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and other tools with a willingness to learn more
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work within a cross-functional team of buying/planning, operations and sales
• Extremely organized with attention to detail
• Time management skills are essential Will work in office 3 days a week and additional days, as needed.
