7am-4pm YouTheFan is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support production, sales, order processing, and customer service activities at our North Manchester facility. Main Duties Enter production information, sales orders, and invoices. Assist with new item and customer setup. Prepare and organize customer orders prior to shipment. Assist with inventory management tasks. Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and enthusiastic when communicating with customers and coworkers. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Ability to learn and retain product, program, and operational information. Team-first attitude and willingness to assist in different areas of the business. Two years of customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
