We're adding an AT&T Assistant to our Kansas City team to help support customer interactions, day-to-day operations, and ongoing sales activity. As an AT&T Assistant, you'll work directly with local business customers, helping them understand AT&T products and services while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication, consistency, and effort directly impact results. AT&T Assistant:

Meet with local business customers and explain AT&T products and services. Support account updates, upgrades, and new enrollments. Learn how to guide conversations toward successful sales outcomes. Stay organized while managing multiple customer interactions. Contribute to daily sales goals alongside your team. Work with fellow AT&T Assistant team members to deliver a consistent customer experience. Ideal skills and qualifications for an AT&T Assistant Interested in learning professional sales through hands-on experience. Comfortable communicating with business customers throughout the day. Reliable, coachable, and motivated to improve. Interested in developing communication and relationship-building skills. 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing is helpful but not required. As an AT&T Assistant, you'll be in a fast-moving environment where conversations, problem-solving, and sales happen in real time.
