The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates well with customers and team members, and can help keep projects and paperwork, and sales inquiries moving smoothly from first contact through project completion. Responsibilities •Expected to work 9-3 Saturdays ILO weekday off Administrative Support Answer phone calls, emails and in a professional, personable, and timely manner Schedule appointments Maintain office supplies - paper goods, printer supplies, food etc. Maintain social media posts Assist in website updates Coordinate all marketing materials and advertising to be cohesive Sales Support Serve as the first point of contact for walk in customers as needed Coordinate connection with sales team Prepare and send customer information packets and pricing details Stock paper hand out packets and flyers Update information packets as necessary Support the sales team - Attending meetings to take notes Help maintain showroom presentation and product example materials Assist with permit applications for customers Maintain records on leads and social media and create reports on customer base Do water tests as necessary Assist with tracking parts for service and coordination of delivery Assist with end of project transition - product warranty binders etc. Flexibility in other miscellaneous tasks Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with computer literacy skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client interactions Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is preferred Excellent typing speed, proofreading skills, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism Join us in this rewarding role where your organizational talents and customer-focused approach will make a real difference!
