Full-time non-exempt 1. Job Description This is a support and administrative role primarily assisting sales representatives who handle the purchase and sale of vehicles for Japanese expatriate customers.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers upon arrival Preparing documents related to vehicle sales and purchases Scheduling maintenance services for vehicles Other administrative and support duties as needed 2.

Required and Preferred Skills Required:

Valid U.S. driver's license (submission of driving record required) Proficiency in Japanese Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Team player with a positive and friendly attitude

Preferred:

Interest in customer service and automobiles 3. Employment Conditions (Part-Time) Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Approx. 30 hours per week Work days and schedule are flexible and negotiable Must have valid U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not available) 4.
