Construction Sales Assistant needed ASAP!

•Columbia, SC/Paid Weekly We are hiring a Front Counter Sales Associate at our Columbia, SC location. In this customer-facing role, you will support commercial safety-supply sales, assist customers with orders, manage front-register and office tasks, and coordinate order details with the warehouse team. Applicants from Lexington, Irmo, and Blythewood , as well as surrounding communities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for a commercial construction company Answer phones and direct calls Invoicing, cash handling, tracking daily deposits Greet and direct visitors Maintain stock of office supplies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift Work all hours assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
