$28.00 - $33.00 Works every Saturday shift: 8am - noon

Overview:

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Administrative Design Consultant to support daily showroom operations and assist walk-in customers with tile selection. This role combines administrative coordination with basic design guidance to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and basic design support Process orders, transfers, returns, and maintain accurate customer records Monitor open orders and coordinate follow-ups with customers and warehouse Manage administrative tasks including spreadsheets, inventory logs, and office supplies Maintain showroom cleanliness, restock samples, and support sales team Coordinate with Location Manager on priorities, updates, and operational needs Assist with showroom events, promotions, or special projects

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Interest or aptitude in design or home improvement strongly preferred Ability to work independently with limited on-site supervision

Pay:
