Job Description

Job Opportunity Position:

Sales Assistant Pay:

Starting at $22.00 per hour (40 hours per week) + commission opportunities.

Schedule:

Monday -

Friday Language Requirement:

Portuguese and English required. Spanish is a plus.

Abilities:

Computer and internet basic skills, customer service experience, good communication skills, organization, multitasking, and ability to work with clients from different backgrounds Experience level: Previous experience in customer service is not required; however, candidates with relevant experience will be given special consideration. What is expected for your position: Assisting clients with insurance quotes and customer support, answering phone calls and emails, organizing client documentation, scheduling appointments, helping with policy renewals, providing support for the sales team, following up with leads, and maintaining a professional relationship with clients. The ideal candidate must be responsible, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
