We're currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and operations team. What You'll Do:

As our Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Entering customer quotes and orders accurately into our system
• Quote follow up for conversion to sales orders
• Requesting quotes from our suppliers, entering POs and expediting late items
• Creating and sending customer invoices through Ariba and Oris and other portals
• Supporting the organization with additional administrative tasks
• Assisting with internal coordination between departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service in a manufacturing environment
• Interested in engineered solutions - able to communicate technical concepts with our customers
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and organization
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP system or other modern ERP systems such as Netsuite
