About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our sales team, working closely with other team members to support day-to-day sales operations. This entry-level role covers customer communication (phone, email, live chat) and entering manually submitted purchase orders. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Enter manually submitted purchase orders Verify order accuracy before processing Help troubleshoot and resolve order issues, escalating as needed Support the sales team with other tasks as needed Qualifications 0-2 years of customer service, order processing, or sales support experience Comfortable handling multiple communication channels Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills Reliable team player, comfortable in a small-team, in-office environment What We Offer Competitive hourly wage/salary Hands-on training Room to grow as the role and company develop
