In this role, you will manage end-to-end post-sales support, handling purchase orders, sales orders, quotes, and light accounting functions. Order Management:

Process customer transactions, including quotes, orders, and warranty requests.

Communication:

Handle customer queries via phone or email, providing product, price, and technical information.

Logistics & Support:

Coordinate with production and logistics to track shipments and communicate any variances in schedules to customers.

Complaint Resolution:

Resolve service or billing complaints, which may include processing returns or issuing refunds.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company database.
