Sales Assistant A growing, employee owned, manufacturing company located in Latrobe, PA. We are a leading manufacturer of fire-resistant & specialty foam products for over 35 years. In this position, you will support internal sales and customer service for the Healthcare and Aviation markets. Responsibilities Process customer orders and quotations. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status. Ensure quotations reflect current pricing. Coordinate shipping dates and changes with production managers. Prepare documents for overseas shipments, including commercial invoices, Canadian customs invoices, and USMCA forms. Regularly review pricing. Serve as internal backup to Surface Transportation Sales Manager. Address customer inquiries and take orders. Assist in preparation of trade show materials and coordinate responses to leads. Manage customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

Sales assistant experience preferred Customer service experience preferred

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Manufacturing experience a plus. Must be self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
